Early Stay provides cited hotel-policy research and, when approved and configured, optional supplier information. It helps you decide what to check before booking. It is not a hotel, travel agency, airline, card issuer, immigration adviser, or merchant of record.
What Early Stay does and does not promise
A VERIFIED policy means we have cited published evidence that a property states a minimum check-in age at or below the age you selected. It does not guarantee a room, admission, check-in, desk staffing, price, availability, or that a policy has not changed. Unknown, stale, conflicting, and third-party evidence are labelled rather than treated as a promise.
You must check the property's current policy, identification, payment-card, visa, deposit, and arrival requirements before travel. Call the property when an age or desk policy is unknown or your arrival is unusual.
Bookings, prices, and partner services
This release does not offer Booking.com links, live supplier prices, checkout actions, or reservations. Where we know a hotel website, its link is provided only so you can continue your own research. Early Stay does not take payment or confirm reservations.
Booking.com Demand API remains disabled until the agreement, Partner Centre requirements, Managed Affiliate access, credentials, affiliate ID, and legal review are complete. If it is activated, a supplier total will be presented only as supplied for the requested stay, with mandatory charges prominently included where supplied and government or local charges identified only when the supplier does so. Reservations may be investigated or cancelled if fraudulent.
Flight information
A flight-status match is an optional convenience based on the date and number you enter. Confirm the time on your boarding pass and with the airline. Aviasales White Label is disabled until its hotel-search capability is verified as disabled. If it is later enabled, it is a third-party flight comparison service and does not make Early Stay a flight seller.
Acceptable use
Use the site for legitimate personal travel planning. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the product, submit false policy reports, or use the service to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material partner activation will not occur until the public pages contain the signed agreement's applicable user-facing requirements.
